Background and Purpose Teton County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide design and construction services for a photovoltaic (PV) solar installation on the roof of the Stilson Transit Center. The selected firm will be responsible for developing the full system design, construction documents, and installation of a code-compliant and cost-effective PV system sized appropriately for the facility described in this RFP. Electrical drawings and roof sketch should be added to the RFP no later than 4/16/2026.
