The Lea County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Stock Contractor services for the 2027 Lea County Fair and Rodeo. Award will be for a Single Term contract for a term of four (4) years.

Fair dates for term of contract are:

July 30- August 7, 2027

July 28 - August 5, 2028

August 3 - August 11, 2029

August 2 - August 10, 2030

The Lea County Fair and Rodeo is held annually during the first week of August. The 2027 dates will be July 30- August 7, 2027.
