It is the responsibility of the Contractor to be knowledgeable of the variety and scope of the County roadway infrastructure at the time of bid. This Summary Description does not in any way limit any scope of work, contractor’s responsibilities or requirements as outlined in this Solicitation. Contractors are responsible for each Bid Quotation Item and all of the Terms and Conditions included or referenced herein. All questions and requests for clarification on the IFB must be submitted in writing by email to the technical contact and non-technical contact identified on the Bid Cover Sheet and emailed no later than ten (10) calendar days before the scheduled date of bid opening.
