The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such terms as it deems will best serve the interests of the City. Proposers who obtain solicitations from sources other than those named above are cautioned that the Request for Proposals package may be incomplete. The City will not evaluate incomplete Proposal packages. Bidnet Direct is an independent entity and is not an agent or representative of the City.
