Any changes to CBJ issued documents will be in the form of an addendum to the solicitation and will be issued as promptly as possible to all plan holders. The ski area has been operating since 1976 and is supported by the local population with limited visitation from outside of Juneau. For more information on visits Eaglecrest’s Website Minimum Qualifications: To be considered acceptable CBJ requires a Contractor (or team) with the following minimum qualifications. Be able to offer rapid response solutions for entities like the CBJ and Eaglecrest who are located in the Alaska Standard Time Zone. Has documented experience on the ability to deliver an actionable business plan, that has been used to guide a governing Boards or City. Has significant documented experience that demonstrates capabilities to create productive and goal centric workflow for similar-sized cities and/or governmental organizations, on time and within the decided budget. Has demonstrated expertise in ski area business development, marketing strategy, capital planning, and or proficiency in creating financial scenarios for similar and same sized businesses.
