**SUBCONTRACTOR OUTREACH EVENT** Pecan Creek WRP Headworks and Expansion - GMP 3

Sundt Construction is the CMAR for the Pecan Creek WRP Headworks and Expansion project for the City of Denton, and will be hosting a subcontractor outreach event to provide information to prospective bidders about the upcoming GMP 3 package that will be advertised to bid mid-July 2026.  

The Pecan Creek WRP Headworks and Expansion project is located in Denton, TX and aims to expand the City's existing wastewater treatment plant. The GMP 3 package will include the following scopes of work:  

• Masonry 
• Rough Carpentry 
• Waterproofing & Dampproofing 
• Roofing and Tubular Skylights 
• Caulking & Sealants 
• Doors, Frames, and Hardware 
• Overhead Coiling Doors 
• Windows & Glazing 
• Skylights

• Turnkey Control/Operations Building Package 

The event will be located in the trailer #1 conference room (first four-plex trailer) at the Pecan Creek WRP jobsite (1100 S Mayhill Rd, Denton, TX, 76208) on June 24th from 4pm to 5pm. A presentation discussing the project timeline, scopes of work, and bidding requirements will start at 4pm and will be followed by a Q&A session.
