Bids shall be addressed or emailed to the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District, Attn., Brady Lessner, and should be clearly marked “Sealed Bid- Substation U15 Rooftop Unit Replacement”. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their emailed bid is received and complies with published Microsoft Quarantine email guidelines. Confirmation of receipt will be sent within one business day. If you do not receive confirmation, contact 608-222-1201 EXT 110 immediately. Only formal written addenda can materially alter the specifications. No verbal statement made by District employee or anyone else is binding nor shall such a statement be considered an official part of this public proposal. All bid responses and their contents will be public record. Unless otherwise specified in the bidding documents, the prospective bidders should check our internet site for any addendum 72 hours before the scheduled bid deadline.
