SUNY Purchase is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide the services of a single (1) Certified Athletic Trainer who will provide on-campus evaluation and treatment of injuries sustained by students in the course of participating in collegiate sport; provide referrals for further treatment; provide access to the highest quality injury care and preventative resources. Any offeror submitting a response to this RFP must be able to provide the services according to the specifications outlined in the RFP. All qualifications and requirements listed in the RFP must be met by an offeror in order for its proposal to ultimately be considered.
