The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA), dba rabbittransit is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the services described as follows. This solicitation and resulting Contract will encompass all Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Harrisburg City, and York Counties.
