Firms demonstrating competence and qualifications for the services required, and receiving the highest scores will be invited to enter an agreement with the Facility at fair and reasonable prices. The Facility anticipates this request will result in a pre-qualified list of firms proficient in the following categories: Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, I&C Engineering, Process Engineering, General & Landscape Architecture.The work to be performed by selected firms will be based on the actual needs of the Facility, and no guarantee of work or services is made by this request for SOQ. All completed SOQ's will become and remain the property of SVWRF and shall be subject to the Government Records Access and Management Act, Utah Code § 63G-2-101, et seq.Questions: Questions may be submitted via EUNA (U3P). Purchaser makes no guarantees all questions will be answered.
