    Q (Sweet Water sanitary sewer replacement ): Drawinga #10&11,, shows a section of existing pipe to be removed and install new 15" VCP. But at the same location Call Note 31 calls for installing CIPP liner. As per specs the CIPP liner has to be installed on existing sewer only. Please clarify the intent
