Through this ITB/RFQ, the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter referenced as State Entity, Department, Agency, or GDOT) is seeking bids for PCC Slab Replacement. All respondents to this ITB/RFQ are subject to same terms and conditions of the MMSA 48400-410-0000033608, subsequent awarded contract, and the Invitation to Bid (ITB) / Request for Quote (RFQ) Form, and are cautioned to completely review the entire ITB/RFQ and follow instructions carefully. The Department reserves the right to modify existing provisions or include additional provisions, which are not currently addressed herein and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive technicalities and in-formalities at its discretion.
