The Operators must deliver customer service amenities, a strong commercial vision, and a passenger experience at LAX competitive with the world’s leading international airports. Additionally, proposers are encouraged to evoke a sense of Los Angeles’ diversity through a reflection of the city’s unique, innovative collection of locally inspired brands, culinary offerings, and regional identity in their response to the RFP.
