    Description

Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) seeks proposals from interested and qualified firms to develop, manage, and operate the Terminal 5 Concessions at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The successful proposers (Operators) awarded the Terminal 5 Concessions Agreement (Agreement) will be responsible for ensuring the successful development, management, and operations of food & beverage, convenience retail, specialty retail, certain other concessions, and non-airline revenue opportunities and passenger services in Terminal 5 at LAX. The Operators must deliver customer service amenities, a strong commercial vision, and a passenger experience at LAX competitive with the world’s leading international airports. Additionally, proposers are encouraged to evoke a sense of Los Angeles’ diversity through a reflection of the city’s unique, innovative collection of locally inspired brands, culinary offerings, and regional identity in their response to the RFP.
