Interested respondents may obtain Contract Documents containing detailed submission requirements by accessing the Penn Bid Program at www.pennbid.net.Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond both in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract value shall be furnished by the successful bidders as detailed in Contract Documents.This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.A mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time at the District Administrative Office. A virtual link will be posted on Pennbid.Questions will be received through Pennbid with a cutoff date of Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. prevailing time.Interested Firms are requested to respond by sealed bid submission satisfying the requirements of this Invitation. Bids shall only be submitted electronically via the Penn Bid Program.Tamaqua Area School District reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in bidding, and to withhold award for a period of up to sixty (60) days.
