Provide and install site furnishings including, but not limited to, benches, trash receptacles, pet waste stations, and signage, per plans and specifications. Install the dog park entrance/entry improvements, including any required paving, gates, accessibility features, and transitions to adjacent walkways, as indicated. Connect a water service to serve the dog park as shown in the plans. Perform all incidental and associated site work required for a complete project, including but not limited to: demolition/removals (as needed), grading, restoration, and coordination of utilities impacted by the work. Replace/repair affected sidewalks and walkways, including any adjacent concrete/asphalt restoration disturbed by construction, per plans. Complete parking area improvements associated with the project, including parking striping/re-striping and any related pavement markings, as shown in the plans. All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract documents, applicable codes, standards, and Miami-Dade County requirements.
