    Work includes preparation of existing conditions, site clearing, excavation, fill, fine grading, and compaction to deliver a level building pad at eight (8) inches below finished floor elevation. All fill shall meet structural requirements and achieve a minimum of 95 percent Standard Proctor density with required geotechnical verification. Concrete and hardscape improvements include sidewalks with ADA-compliant ramps and detectable warning strips, curbs and gutters, heavy-duty service concrete, and repair or restoration of affected brick paver areas. Exterior site work includes light- and heavy-duty paving, pavement striping, landscaping and irrigation relocation, dumpster enclosure construction, relocation of site FF&E, and adjustments to existing site elements as required.
