    Description

    The City of Corvallis will receive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide consultant services in support of the Public Works Capital Projects Engineering group for the Taylor Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Clearwell 1 Repair identified in the 2025–2029 Corvallis Capital Improvement Program. Consultant services are estimated to range from $150,000 to $200,000. Selection will be conducted through a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process. The scope of work includes engineering services associated with the design, bidding and services during construction for repair of a failing clearwell at the City’s Taylor Water Treatment Plant. Work will include structural site evaluations, plan and specification production, cost estimating, bid document production, and permitting with governing agencies, services during construction along with other criteria described within.
