The Division continues to require part time expert technical services for its Oracle financials system. These services are imperative, while DCJS continue to be a bulkload agency, to ensure the system continues to function with the ITS/SFS systems as system updates are made to those systems. Updates to this system are required in order to maintain functionality and allow DCJS’ finance office the ability to meet our agency’s mission and continue to assist with programs prospective procurements. Responding vendors must be a certified NYS Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) or Minority/Woman Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE). Vendors must complete the appropriate attached documentation confirming their status as a qualified SBE, SDVOB or certified M/WBE. M/WBE vendor status will be confirmed in the New York State Contract System to ensure certification is valid. Vendors not found to be an SBE, SDVOB or M/WBE will not be considered for award. Vendors must complete the Qualification Response form to see if skilled technician meets all required qualifications.
