IF YOU CURRENTLY HOLD TIPS CONTRACT 210101 TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ("210101"), YOU MUST RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION TO PREVENT LAPSE OF CONTRACT UNLESS YOU HOLD ANOTHER CURRENT TIPS CONTRACT THAT COVERS ALL OF YOUR TECHNOLOGY OFFERINGS. THIS AWARDED CONTRACT WILL REPLACE YOUR EXPIRING TIPS CONTRACT 210101. IF YOU HOLD ANOTHER TIPS CONTRACT OTHER THAN 210101 WHICH COVERS ALL OF YOUR TECHNOLOGY OFFERINGS AND YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH IT, THERE IS NO NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION UNLESS YOU PREFER TO HOLD BOTH CONTRACTS.
