    Description

    The County of Santa Clara Health System (“Health System”) is seeking to establish a pool of qualified and experienced vendors and/or individuals, collectively hereafter (“Offeror(s)” and/or “ Proposer(s)”) to provide temporary health professional staffing services (the, “Services”) to Health System patients which may include, but not be limited to positions in the following ancillary health professional categories (“Health Professionals”): Audiology Services Cardiology and Vascular Services Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology Services Gastroenterology Services Health Services Assistant Services Medical Social Worker Services Ophthalmology Services Orthopedic Services Patient Transporter Services Respiratory Care Services Sterile Processing Services Surgical/Operating Room/Labor and Delivery Services Therapy Services This solicitation may result in a single or multiple awards to contract with the County for the purpose of providing temporary staffing services as described in this solicitation. Offerors may self-select and submit statements of qualifications (“Proposal(s)” and/or “Response(s)”) for all or specific health professional positions. Offerors should not be discouraged from proposing for a single position of expertise, if applicable. Submissions will be evaluated independently for each category and the number of categories proposed will not impact the evaluation process. The Offeror and the County will agree upon a scope of services outlining the rights and responsibilities of each Party through a contract. Furthermore, the Health System reserves the right to contract with Offerors on the Qualified List as needs are identified and may maintain the Qualified List for a period of five (5) years for that purpose. By being placed on the Qualified List, the Offeror is not guaranteed a contract. Note: This solicitation is not intended to procure nursing, physician, and other non-clinical staffing services. THIS SOLICITATION REQUIRES ALL PROPOSALS TO BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH COUNTY’S E-SOURCING SYSTEM. NO PAPER, EMAIL OR FAX SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND MAY BE DEEMED NONRESPONSIVE.
