Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting competitive proposals from Bidders who provide building façade repair, installation, and maintenance services. The building facades on campus range from engineered curtain wall systems to storefront window walls to precast panels to brick and stone. After contract award, the successful Bidder(s) shall provide Services in compliance with Roswell Park requirements, industry standards, and all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations. As a result of this RFP, Roswell Park intends to award multiple zero-dollar term Resultant Agreements to Term Contractors of all trades (glaziers/glassworkers, masons, sheet metal workers, etc.) to perform the Services. Each successful Term Contractor will sign a Resultant Agreement for a three (3) year initial term (“Term”) which shall automatically renew for three (3) one (1) year renewal terms unless written notice of non-renewal by either party is given at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Term.
