There will be a hybrid public bid opening in the SUNY ESF Syracuse Campus Physical Plant Building, 209 Conference Room. The virtual link is in the Information for Bidders. Submission of two original executed copies of the Bid Form per trade category and all attachments specified in the Information to Bidders are required in a sealed envelope marked accordingly. For each proposal submitted, the following information will be read aloud: 1) name of contractor; 2) trade category for which they are bidding; and 3) the markup percentages entered on the Bid Form. SUNY ESF will review all bids and verify accuracy of minimum qualifications and submission of all required documents. Bidders will be formally notified of the official results in writing after the bid opening. An optional pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 10 a.m. at SUNY ESF, Marshall Hall Room 252, 1 Forestry Drive, Syracuse, NY 13210, at which time the University will consider questions on bidding.
