The City of Lakeland is seeking a vendor (or vendors) to test, supply, and deliver sludge dewatering polymers to the City's two (2) wastewater reclamation facilities. The Northside Wastewater Reclamation Facility is located at 3600 Lake Parker Drive, Lakeland, FL 33805 and the Glendale Wastewater Reclamation Facility is located at 1825 Glendale Street, Lakeland, FL 33803. The purpose of this contract is for vendors to conduct a bench-scale testing and propose the polymer that meets the performance requirements at the City’s dewatering equipment at three (3) locations within both wastewater treatment facilities. After full-scale testing and evaluation of the polymer, the City intends to select one (1) polymer for use at each location for the bulk supply and delivery of the selected polymers.
The proposal must also include the questionnaires, forms and financial information requested in the City's Request for Proposal. Caution: Rates and Fees shall be included in this proposal.
The contract term shall be for a period of one (1) year, with four (4), one (1) year renewal options, upon mutual consent.
