The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite qualified Applicants to apply for funding to conduct forensic behavioral health evaluations for child welfare involved individuals/families. Applicant can be a private non-profit or a for-profit organization. Applicant cannot be a government agency. The Department reserves the right to select one or multiple Applicants with which to contract.
