The City of Houston IT Department is requesting a quote for third‑party hardware support/maintenance for the Dell PowerEdge Hyperconverged XC640 units. This support is for Nutanix infrastructure.

Support Requirements

• Term: 1 Year

• Support Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Business Hours)

• SLA: 4-Hour Onsite Response

• Coverage Start: Required this month – coverage must begin before current support expiration on June 25, 2026

• Hardware Type: Dell PowerEdge Hyperconverged XC640 supporting Nutanix Clusters

• Request is for full hardware support coverage, Parts replacement with dispatch, onsite repair services as needed.

• Vendor must be able to have a location in/near Houston to meet the 4 hour SLA request that is in the SOW.
