    The City of Riviera Beach (City), has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive proposals from highly qualified, experienced, and licensed firm(s), to operate, staff and manage the City’s Marina including but not limited to dock slips, current and future ship store(s), and related operations on an independent contractor basis, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specification contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Procurement Department is the SOLE point of contact concerning this RFP. The Procurement Department Contact is identified on the Cover Page of this RFP. All questions and communications concerning this solicitation and procurement process MUST be submitted in Bidnet by the deadline identified on the RFP cover page. The Riviera Beach Marina currently consists of 176 wet slips accepting vessels up to 300 feet in length. The City is in the permitting process to add an additional 40 wet slips. Marina amenities provided encompass utilities, pumpout, a small store and a fueling station. The Marina also manages and operates two mooring fields north of the docks consisting of a combined 94 moorings. The City’s objectives are to successfully market the marina as a premier boating destination to entice the boating public to visit the Riviera Beach Marina District, to maintain a world-class marina facility that is attractive, clean and safe and operate and maintain the marina to provide a reliable flow of revenue for routine maintenance and long-term facility improvements. Firms must demonstrate the organizational, operational and financial capacity to accomplish the scope of work/services identified within this RFP. The RFP documents, including this solicitation, attachments, addendums and the successful proposal, shall form the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
