    This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the State University of New York at Stony Brook on behalf of the State University of New York (herein after referred to as “SUNY”) to solicit proposals for ticketing software system solution, for Athletics Department and Southampton Campus Programing to the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794, as herein described in accordance with this SUNY at Stony Brook RFP 25/26-139MC and exhibits and attachment attached hereto and made part of this RFP. Stony Brook University’s Athletics Department and Southampton Campus Programing is looking for two (2) separate instances with two different MIDs - Athletics Department and Southampton Campus Programing which are overseen by two distinct entities on campus, with total separate reporting lines and structures each ensuring the correlated compliance. The solution should provide a positive patron and brand experience and capitalize on new and emerging technologies, with full patron data capture, analytic capabilities, and reporting. The solution must support paid tickets, complimentary (comp) tickets, and free registration-based events. The solution should also support ticketing and registration for athletics and non-athletic programming including lectures, literary events, workshops, conferences, and other public events hosted by the University. The proposed ticketing solution must be flexible enough to support a range of venue sizes and event formats, including assigned seating, general admission events, and free registration-based programs.
