Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Division of Archives and Records ServiceThe purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: A Digital Asset Managment System.It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: The highest scored responsive & responsible vendor. There are Four (4) evaluation stages. Each will need to be passed to move onto the next phase. Phase 1 MMR's. You must pass all MMR's to move onto the criteria evaluation stage. Phase 2 Criteria Evaluation Phase. This phase has a total of 750 points possible. Vendors must score a minimum of 525 points to move onto the next phase. Phase 3 Demonstration evaluation. All vendors advancing to phase 3 will receive detail information/instructions on what/where/when their Demonstration will be. The demonstration has a total of 200 points. Vendors must receive a minimum of 130 points to advance to the final phase which is the Cost Evaluation phase. Phase 4 Each vendor that has advanced to phase 4 will be given points based on this formual Cost Points x (Lowest Proposed Price/Proposed Price). There are a total of 175 points possible for the cost phase. There's a total of 1,125 points avaialble.Length of Contract: 5 years

UNSPSC 432315 Business function specific software: Business transaction and personal business software covers business transactions,auditing ,forecasting and accounting . UNSPSC 432323 Data management and query software: Software to retrieve and analyze data from information technology systems. UNSPSC 43231604 Financial analysis software: Software for gathering information and conducting financial analysis. UNSPSC 43231606 Business Process ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning): Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is the integrated management of main business processes, often in real-time and mediated by software and technology. ERP is usually referred to as a category of business management software typically a suite of integrated applications that an organization can use to collect, store, manage, and interpret data from many business activities.
