    Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Division of Archives and Records ServiceThe purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: A Digital Asset Managment System.It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: The highest scored responsive & responsible vendor. There are Four (4) evaluation stages. Each will need to be passed to move onto the next phase. Phase 1 MMR's. You must pass all MMR's to move onto the criteria evaluation stage. Phase 2 Criteria Evaluation Phase. This phase has a total of 750 points possible. Vendors must score a minimum of 525 points to move onto the next phase. Phase 3 Demonstration evaluation. All vendors advancing to phase 3 will receive detail information/instructions on what/where/when their Demonstration will be. The demonstration has a total of 200 points. Vendors must receive a minimum of 130 points to advance to the final phase which is the Cost Evaluation phase. Phase 4 Each vendor that has advanced to phase 4 will be given points based on this formual Cost Points x (Lowest Proposed Price/Proposed Price). There are a total of 175 points possible for the cost phase. There's a total of 1,125 points avaialble.Length of Contract: 5 years
