    Description

    The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking a Contractor to remove three existing twined 5-tonsplit HVAC systems and the installation of three (3) new non-twined single 5 (five)-ton split systems.The objective is to improve system efficiency, reliability, and maintain compliance with currentcodes and standards while ensuring uninterrupted facility operations. The Contractor shall performall work in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, manufacturerrequirements, and TMD policies. The scope includes safe removal and disposal of existingequipment, installation of new systems, necessary ductwork modifications, electrical and gasconnections, and full system commissioning. All work must be executed with attention to safety,quality, and minimal disruption to facility operations. This job will be at the California CrossingReadiness Center located at 1775 California Crossing Road, Dallas, Texas 75220.
