    This project, undertaken by the Town of Brutus, is the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer collection system infrastructure in three (3) mobile home parks, including repair and replacement of manholes, and both open-cut and trenchless cured-in-place lining of buried collector sewer piping. The total project budget, inclusive of construction, engineering and administrative costs, is $1,500,000, and is being supported by a $1,500,000 CDBG grant award. The budget for engineering services, other than construction observation, is $162,000. The budget for construction observation is $90,000. The Town is seeking Design, Bidding and Construction Phase Engineering Services to include all services necessary for the development of design plans, specifications and Contract Documents meeting New York State and funding agency requirements, securing necessary permits and regulatory/funding agency approvals, bidding assistance, and construction administration and observation. Firms should have significant experience with sanitary sewer collection system engineering as well as a successful history of permitting and implementing such CDBG funded projects.
