LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF CORTLANDVILLE REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS CONCESSIONAIRE SERVICES The Town of Cortlandville is seeking proposals from qualified companies to operate the concession facility at the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex (“GLSC”), a sporting complex owned by the Town, during scheduled events during the 2026 GLSC customary baseball season (from approximately March 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026). Before submitting a proposal, each contractor shall familiarize themselves with GLSC and the concession facilities as necessary to develop a proposal to undertake the services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFP. Visitation of the premises can be arranged Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., by contacting John McNerney at (607) 423-2252 or jmcnerney@cortlandville.gov. All proposals must be received by the Town Clerk at The Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building, 3577 Terrace Road, Cortland, NY 13045 prior to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. All proposals shall be in a sealed envelope marked “Sealed Proposal: Concessionaire Services, Town of Cortlandville”.
