Payment will be made after the project is completed to contract specifications and approved by the PRCD. Interested individuals should submit a written proposal including bid to the PRCD office by 4:00 pm, Friday, March 6, 2026. Project must be completed no later than December 31, 2026. Quotes received after 4:00 pm on Friday, March 6, 2026 will not be considered. Preference will be given to instate bidders. The right to reject any and all proposals is reserved. If bid comes in higher than project budget, the PRCD will look to size the project to fit chosen bidder’s total project cost. The contract will be awarded on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 during the PRCD’s board meeting.
