    Town of Oneonta Pavilion Construction Invitation to Bid The Town of Oneonta will receive sealed bids for the construction of a timber-framed pavilion at Fortin Park, in the Town of Oneonta, Otsego County, New York. The work shall be performed according to the plans and specifications prepared by Herrmann Engineering, PLLC, and the bid documents on file with the Town Clerk. Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town of Oneonta Town Hall, 3966 State Highway 23, West Oneonta, New York 13861, until 12:00pm on August 7, 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud in public immediately after that time. Bid documents and drawings may be obtained from the Town Clerk during regular business hours. Each bid must include bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond and a payment bond, each for the full amount of the contract. This is a public work contract. The contractor and all subcontractors must pay the prevailing wage rates set by the New York State Department of Labor and must be registered with the Department of Labor before performing any work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in a bid.
