    The major work for this project shall consist of the following:

    • Clearing and Grubbing of Existing Park Site including select tree
    • Park Site Mass / Fine Grading including Detention Pond and Landscape
    • Removal of the existing asphalt trail and existing asphalt parking
    • Drainage & Utility Work necessary for new site amenities (water, storm, sewer & electrical).
    • Construction of new concrete parking lot & new 8’ wide concrete walking
    • Renovation of existing baseball
    • Construction of (2) new baseball fields with backstop / dugout
    • Installation of new Sports Field, Parking and Pedestrian Trail
