The major work for this project shall consist of the following:
- Clearing and Grubbing of Existing Park Site including select tree
- Park Site Mass / Fine Grading including Detention Pond and Landscape
- Removal of the existing asphalt trail and existing asphalt parking
- Drainage & Utility Work necessary for new site amenities (water, storm, sewer & electrical).
- Construction of new concrete parking lot & new 8’ wide concrete walking
- Renovation of existing baseball
- Construction of (2) new baseball fields with backstop / dugout
- Installation of new Sports Field, Parking and Pedestrian Trail
- Installation of prefabricated, new Bleacher Shade Canopies - (2) new
- Installation of prefabricated, new covered Batting Cages with netting – (2) new
- Installation of prefabricated Picnic Pavilions – (3)
- Installation of new prefabricated Restroom
- Installation of new concrete split-rail fencing around perimeter of park
- Installation of new Landscape including Trees, Shrubs, Ornamental Grasses, Groundcovers and Solid Sodding of all designated turf areas.
- New full-site Irrigation
