Discovery, Research & Community Engagement • Conduct an assessment of Lady Lake’s history, current image, and identity. • Evaluate existing branding materials and community perceptions. • Facilitate engagement activities (surveys, focus groups, interviews). • Include input from residents, businesses, Town Commission, advisory boards, regional partners, and economic stakeholders. • Ensure diverse community representation. 2.
