No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.The project involves the construction of approximately 2,500 linear feet of an 8-foot-wide bituminous trail, streambank stabilization along an unnamed tributary of Darby Creek, culvert extension, and stormwater management basin retrofit.This project is being funded in part by grants from the Pennsylvania Department of Economic Development (DCED) Local Share Account and the Delaware County Greenways Program, and is subject to prevailing wage rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor.Marple Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, and to waive any informality in a bid as they deem for the best interest of Marple Township.A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 12th, at 10:00 AM, at Veterans Memorial Park, Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA 19008.
