TerraPower, LLC (TerraPower) is seeking multiple suppliers to provide Fabrication Oversight and Quality Assurance Support Services in support of the Natrium™ projects. Oversight activities will be performed at TerraPower’s suppliers’ and sub-suppliers' facilities under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).All suppliers are required to sign the opportunity NDA to access the project opportunity package, regardless of any company NDAs previously executed with TerraPower. “4.5: This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof; provided, however, that in the event Company and TerraPower have previously entered into another confidentiality agreement relating to this same Request for Proposal (“Original NDA”), the Original NDA shall be given precedence with respect to all matters relating to this Request for Proposal.”QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS Please post your questions or comments under the QnA section on Bonfire by the deadline posted for this opportunity.
