The Planning and Permitting Division (DPP) includes the Departments of Development Review and Planning and Permits and Inspections. The County’s PPD is currently administered by a staff of nearly 70. The PPD, at its discretion, will use this contract to assist department staff when the workload is highly specialized or become too great, emergency situations arise, etc. Work may also be performed for the Public Works Division (DPW). This document shall address the Contractor’s competence and expertise in projects of similar scope and size.
The second step of evaluation will be examination of the price proposal. Price proposals shall be submitted on the Price Proposal Cover Page and shall be in a separate, sealed envelope.
After identifying the short list of the most qualified Contractor(s) based on the evaluation criteria, representative(s) may be required to clarify proposals by making individual presentations in an interview with the evaluation committee.
