STATE FAIR PARK BOARD

The State of Wisconsin (State), Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Wisconsin State Fair Park Facility Services Department (WSFP-FSD), requests Bids for the rental of; storage, office and sales trailers (used for weather-resistant storage, office spaces and accessible restrooms) to support several major annual events at the Wisconsin State Fair Park (WSFP). Only the awarded Primary Contractor, Secondary Contractor, or Tertiary Contractor for each category of Trailer Rental Services will be eligible to provide services for their awarded categories, as needed by the State. The WSFP intends to use the results of this process to award multiple Bidders; however, the State reserves the right to award the entire contract to a Single Bidder. Each category will be awarded to one (1) Contractor (Primary Contractor with the lowest total cost for that category) and two alternate Contractor(s); one Secondary Contractor with the second lowest total cost for the category and one (1) Tertiary Contractor with the third lowest total cost for the category. A Secondary Contractor becomes primary should the Primary Contractor be unable to provide Services or a partial cancellation or termination becomes necessary. A Tertiary Contractor becomes the primary should the Primary and Secondary Contractors be unable to provide Services or a partial cancellation or termination becomes necessary.
