    The selected vendor shall provide a complete turnkey replacement of the dust and odor control misting system located at the City of Culver City's Transfer Station.The replacement system shall be specifically designed for municipal solid waste transfer station operations and shall provide effective suppression of airborne dust and mitigation of odors generated during the unloading, handling, and transfer of municipal solid waste, recyclable materials, and organic materials.Services shall include, but not be limited to:• Evaluation of existing conditions;• Design and engineering of the replacement system;• Removal and disposal of the existing misting system;• Relocation of pump assemblies, controls, and associated equipment to a protected location;• Furnishing and installation of a new industrial-grade high-pressure misting system;• Furnishing and installation of a chemical injection system for odor control;• Installation of tubing, piping, fittings, manifolds, supports, and nozzles;• Integration of controls and zoning capabilities;• Startup, testing, and commissioning;• Operator and maintenance training;• Preparation of operations and maintenance documentation;• Preparation of as-built drawings;• Warranty support; and• All incidental work necessary to provide a complete and operational system.The proposed system shall address deficiencies associated with the existing installation byimproving equipment accessibility, reducing exposure to debris generated during loading operations,and incorporating practical measures tominimize the potential for rodent-related damage to system components.Additional requirements related to system design, equipment specifications, installation standards,commissioning, training, documentation, warranty obligations, and other project deliverables aredescribed in the ProjectRequirements section of this RFP.
