Evaluation Criteria

• ITS SYSTEMS CHARACTERISTICS (40 pts) —

  Based on specifications defined in RFP or equivalent.

• UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROJECT (25 pts) —

  Assessment of sufficient evidence provided by the contractor to determine their understanding and of the requirements stated in the scope of work. Is the proposed solution provided by the contractor technically feasible and achievable within the constraints of the scope of work.

• REFERENCES (15 pts) —

  Including applicable past work with ACCGov.

• FIRM EXPERIENCE (10 pts) —

  Firm experience in providing services to public sector organizations.

• PRICING (10 pts) —

  Assesses whether the price is reasonable and in concert with industry standards.
