    Description

    The State of Minnesota, through its Department of Transportation (MnDOT), has a business need for a qualified vendor to provide Traffic Analysis with Regional Data for Informed Strategies (TARDIS) solution. The Contractor’s solution must provide data and analytics to support a wide range of transportation planning and operational functions. These functions include, but are not limited to, preliminary project planning, performance management analysis, origin-destination (O/D) studies, freight analysis, route adjustments during construction, travel speed monitoring, and responding to public comments and concerns regarding changes in traffic patterns.
