Town selection team will review RFQ’s received and schedule a follow up Selection Meeting with your firm’s team. Selection Meetings will provide the Town selection team an opportunity to discuss specific project scope details, discussion on Approach & Strategy, and interested Firm’s presentation of relevant qualifications. Town selection team review and consideration of selected firm will follow completion of all Firm interviews. Project award and notice to proceed are expected Summer 2026 and is anticipated to follow an 18-month project completion schedule targeting end of 2027 for final plan adoptions.
