  The WeGo Public Transit is accepting electronic bid submissions. Bidders shall create a FREE account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup. Once you have completed account registration, browse back to this page, click on "Submit Response", and follow the instructions to submit the electronic bid.

• Scope of Work or Project Details —

  Travel management agency is required to manage actual travel bookings that would be made through Concur solution that is currently being implemented. This would streamline travel reviews/approvals, bookings, and expense reporting for WeGo.

  On an average WeGo book approximately 10 trips per month. We are looking for a firm to provide a price for travel management. The firm must be able to manage bookings that are made through Concur. The losest price will be selected for award.

  If you are NOT using the Electronic Pricing Table option, will you want your bidder to separate a Price Proposal from the rest of their Response? You'll want to do this if you open your bids initially WITHOUT showing price, and then come back in after a technical evaluation to unseal pricing later.
