Planting approximately 1,700 street trees per planting season on a County-approved schedule. 3. Removal of dead plantings at the direction of the County. 4. A facility with a secure staging area of at least one (1) acre for the storage and handling of plant material. 5. Performance of work on a pay-for-completed-work basis; the County does not provide advance payments. 6.
