    NYS OPRHP is seeking best and final quotes for the removal of 31 trees located at Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park, Poughkeepsie, NY. In coordination with NY State Parks, selected contractor will cut down, chip, and remove specified trees from the site according to requirements listed in the Scope of Work document. Final determination of work scope will be decided solely by OPRHP. Site visits are strongly encouraged. To schedule a site visit, please contact Brain Bishop (845) 801-3354 - Brian.bishop@parks.ny.gov. Work must be completed prior to April 1st, 2026. Submit questions via email to Sandy.wiley@parks.ny.gov prior to the Vendor Questions Due Date listed on the attached RFQ form. Submit quotes via email to Sandy.wiley@parks.ny.gov. Please use only the attached RFQ form to submit a quote. Quotes received in any other form will not be accepted. Quotes received after the due date will not be accepted.
