Trinity River Authority – Request for Qualifications- Professional Services Fiscal Years 2027-2028

The Authority will utilize ProcureWare for its Request for Qualifications for Fiscal Years 2027 and 2028. The full RFQ packet and submittal instructions are available for download under BID NUMBER - PDCA_RFQ_FY_27/28. Firms that are not currently registered in ProcureWare must complete registration in order to participate.

SOQ packets must be submitted as a single, searchable PDF File no later than Monday, August 24, 2026, by 3:00 p.m. via ProcureWare at: https://tra.procureware.com/Bids. SOQ submittals received after the due date specified below or by addenda shall be rejected and listed as non-responsive.
