    Description

    The City of Napa (“City”) requests proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “Respondent” and collectively, “Respondents”) for Trucking Services (“Project”) by or before Friday, February 13, 2026, at 4:00 pm, via electronic submission through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofnapa, in the manner set forth in the Request for Proposal Procedures. The City of Napa anticipates requiring transportation of approximately 60,000 tons of asphalt, sand, ¾ AB, and other aggregate materials over the three-year term of this Contract.  The City plans to award up to two (2) multi-year agreements with a combined total not-to-exceed (NTE) amount of up to $3,000,000. Services shall be performed on a task order basis, with no minimum amount of work guaranteed, in support of grinding, paving, and other City operations that require trucking services.
