    The Butte County Department of Public Works (County) is offering this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for trucking and debris removal services throughout Butte County, as further described in the Sample Blanket Purchase Agreement, Scope of Services attached to this IFB. The County intends to award a contract in the form of the attached Sample Blanket Purchase Agreement (Attachment II) to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets all requirements of this IFB. The anticipated contract term is five (5) years. The County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award contracts to one or more bidders if such award is determined to be in the best interest of the County. All bids must be received by Butte County Public Works before 10:00 AM on February 16, 2026.
