Services include conducting impartial investigations related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, sexual misconduct, and other prohibited conduct; managing hearings and adjudication processes; performing intake assessments and alternative resolutions; providing party advisory support; delivering training programs; and offering consultative services in alignment with UC policies and resolution procedures. The selected firms must be capable of handling sensitive matters professionally, confidentially, and within required policy timelines.
